WR Collaboration Summit Registration
Payment: Payment (processed by PayPal) may be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment is due prior to the event. Walk-in registrations on the day of the WR Collaboration Summit event will be subject to a $100 surcharge.
Webcast Details: Thanks to our webcasting partnership with Netbriefings and our network partnership with Masergy, the entire Summit program (except for showcase & workshops) will be available live via webcast over the Internet to registered virtual attendees - all you need is a browser with either Microsoft Windows Media or Real Networks player and a password. Webcast attendees will receive live audio, video, and presentations and have a chat-back window for questions. Register and select Webcast above; the login and password for each registered attendee's PC will be emailed prior to the event (unlimited viewers permitted per PC). Webcast archives will be available for 30 days following the event.
Substitutions & Cancellations: You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible so that we can have the correct name badges preprinted. If you cancel in writing more than two weeks in advance a 10% service fee will be charged. Registered attendees who do not attend or who cancel less than two weeks prior to the event are liable for the entire fee. If the summit is not held for any reason, Wainhouse Research's liability is limited to the event registration fee only.
Hotel Reservations: Wainhouse Research has made special arrangements with the Royal Sonesta Hotel to get a preferred room rate of $239 for Summit attendees. For reservations, contact the hotel at +1 617.806.4200 and identify yourself as a Wainhouse Research Summit participant, or you can book your room at this rate via a special web page. Our room block expires on June 15 2008, so please make your reservations before then. After that we cannot guarantee room rates or availability. Rate is valid for staying Tuesday July 15th though Thursday July 17th.
In the event the Royal Sonesta is full, we have made additional arrangements at the Hotel Marlowe located across the street. When contacting the hotel, please identify yourself as a Wainhouse Research Summit attendee to receive the discounted rate until June 30th. Phone: +1 671.868.8000. Also in the area is the Boston Marriott Cambridge, phone +1 617.494.6600.A Suggestion: Boston is a great city in the summer, and the Royal Sonesta Hotel is in a central, scenic location - on Cambridge side of the Charles River directly across from downtown Boston. Walking or jogging along the Charles is at your doorstep. The CambridgeSide Galleria is across the street for dining and shopping, and, for kids, the Museum of Science (with IMAX theatre) are within easy walking distance. Downtown Boston, the North End, Charlestown (start of the Freedom Trail), Back Bay, and Harvard Square are all within a short taxi ride, or walk to the "T" (Lechmere). Come early or stay after with colleagues or family.
