Payment: Payment (processed by PayPal) is due prior to the event and can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, using PayPal funds, or by check. Walk-in registrations on the day of the event will be subject to a $100 surcharge.
Substitutions & Cancellations: You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel in writing more than one week in advance a 10% service fee will be charged. Registered attendees who do not attend or who cancel less than one week prior to the event are liable for the entire fee. If a summit is not held for any reason, Wainhouse Research's liability is limited to the seminar fee only.
Hotel Reservations: Wainhouse Research has made special arrangements with the Hilton Boston Logan in the Boston waterfront to get a preferred room rate for a limited number of rooms on the executive floor which includes the use of the executive lounge at $254 per night for Summit attendees for October 26 thru October 28, 2008.
