Our 2011 event will be the 7th staging of the annual Wainhouse Research (WR) European CSP Summit. Over the last six years this event has been internationally recognised as Europe's premier forum for service providers, their technology partners and peers to meet and discuss the latest developments in the dynamic world of collaboration services and Unified Communications.

To help make our 2011 even more accessible and compelling we have changed both the format and the location. After six years in Berlin, our 2011 European CSP Summit will be in Brussels and start at lunchtime on May 23rd and adjourn at lunchtime on May 24th. This lunchtime to lunchtime format should allow participants to minimise their time away from the office and yet retain maximum opportunities for networking.

Our event this year will focus on the opportunities for driving the growth of collaboration services within a Unified Communications environment and will offer delegates the chance to hear what WR Analysts see happening in this exciting sector and what opportunities exist in the coming twelve months.
