The WR CSP Summit – Brussels 2011

23-May-2011 - Crowne Plaza Le Palace, Brussels

Driving Growth of Collaboration Services
in an Emerging Unified Communications Environment

The European forum for bringing together service providers,
their technology partners, and Wainhouse Research Analysts

Our 2011 event will be the 7th staging of the annual Wainhouse Research (WR) European CSP Summit. Over the last six years this event has been internationally recognised as Europe's premier forum for service providers, their technology partners and peers to meet and discuss the latest developments in the dynamic world of collaboration services and Unified Communications.

To help make our 2011 even more accessible and compelling we have changed both the format and the location. After six years in Berlin, our 2011 European CSP Summit will be in Brussels and start at lunchtime on May 23rd and adjourn at lunchtime on May 24th. This lunchtime to lunchtime format should allow participants to minimise their time away from the office and yet retain maximum opportunities for networking.

Our event this year will focus on the opportunities for driving the growth of collaboration services within a Unified Communications environment and will offer delegates the chance to hear what WR Analysts see happening in this exciting sector and what opportunities exist in the coming twelve months. Our packed agenda will address the following topics:

Recent organizational, economic, and technology developments and how they are driving the use of more collaboration services Integration of conferencing, communications, and messaging and what this means to providers Positioning your services to win as conferencing services run headlong into Unified Communications New business models (hosted, managed, hybrid) that are disrupting the status quo, yet creating new opportunities How the delivery of services is changing to meet the realities of the new market Setting strategies to realize the emerging market for new event services Driving new business through next generation platforms
All of these issues are relevant to both incumbent and emerging service providers, and will be explored in-depth by WR analysts who are experts in hosted and managed services, and other industry professionals including strategic managers in large end-user enterprises.

The discussions and presentations are highly interactive between speakers and the audience and focus on practical strategies to drive adoption and growth. This represents an unprecedented opportunity to network with your peers and industry experts during session, breaks, lunch, and a cocktail reception on the evening of the first day. In attendance will be key decision-makers from network service providers and pure-play independent CSPs, all of whom are responsible for setting strategy, purchasing, supporting, and upgrading significant communication system. About Wainhouse Research CSP Summits:

The event is limited to an intimate group of service providers and solution partners in a focused forum to discuss effective strategies to integrate new technologies, develop creative new services, and grow the overall industry.
