I think that Cisco is a great company and will be so going forward.

However, there is something that we have to be aware of when we do business or any other things in life.

Once you succeed in something, it is best to forget it right away. Otherwise, once it haunts you, you will fall into a trap that will lead you to a failure. Success has two faces: it gives you an energy to be positive in what you do, but on the other hand, if you stick to or immerse yourself in past success and honor, it will definately makes you feel invincible in the worse case. It is human's psychological destiny. Every man or organization in the past history became desperate because of this.

So we have to be very careful about handling past success and honor. Otherwise, you will lose everything at the end of the day. This is the very universal truth regardless of nationalities and races.
