LifeSize endpoint with Cisco MCU (Troubleshooting help)

A call from the LifeSize endpoint on a public IP to a CISCO MCU (Codian) works fine.

However a call from a similar LifeSize endpoint running the same software version using transit services does not connect to the Cisco MCU. It does not even ring and just hangs up. This endpoint is able to dial to call other systems on public IP (Tandberg, Polycom, LifeSize, RadVision, Polycom MCU or Codian Recorder.

We are using H.323 tunneling service on the LifeSize transit.

Any help to troubleshoot this will be highly appreciated.

Can you provide some more details

1. What software versions are on the endpoint, the transit (transit client if used) and Codian MCU

2. Are you making SIP calls or H323

3. What do the logs on the codian say, is it even seeing the call arrive ?

4. What do the logs on the transit say ?

5. Have you opened tickets with both LifeSize and Cisco to help troubleshoot this further ?

Thanks

jt

The endpoint, transit and Codian MCU were running the latest revisions. Its the same with both SIP and H.323. The support team @ LifeSize were able to recreate the scenario and are analyzing the logs. So hopefully it should get resolved soon.
