Have you tried taking the Visual Concert out and plugging the mic directly into the FX, or have you tried powering the Visual Concert down to reset it? I have had the same issue and sometimes the Visual Concert gets locked up and mutes the mics until everything is resest. I also have a bad Visual Concert that never lets the mics unmute so it could be that too...

Hi, ashok1357.

don't know if you problem solved or not.
want to provide my 2cents days ago but the system not allow to post message.

my experience with FX and Viusal Concert FX :

my customer move to new office and don't want to put the Visual Concert on the conference table. we put the original mic cable under the floor. then we found the mic is auto mute and does not function at all.

it take some times to find that the Visual Concert FX original mic cable is 6 pin to 4 pin ; 6 pin connect to Visual Concert and 4 pin to the mic pod. the 6 pin plug uses only pin 1,2,5,6 and left the middle 2 pin out.
therefore plug in the normal 4 pin to 4 pin mic cable will not make the mic pod function.

hope this may help!

Ashok,
Here is another possibility, if you are using the Polycom puck mics, and have unplugged and plugged the mic cables back in while the unit was powered on, there is a possibility of burning out the physical mic port on the back of the FX unit. The mic cable itself is hot (has power) for the LED lights on the puck mics. I myself learned this one the hard way and had to replace a PLCM VS4000 because of it.
