Today's Method Desired Method I use a PC-based personal videoconferencing system I connect my laptop PC to the videoconferencing system using a DATA connection - LAN, serial, PCMCIA, etc. I connect my laptop PC to the videoconferencing system using a VIDEO connection - PC video input (VGA style), scan converter, etc. I use a PC permanently assigned to the conference room or a PC-centric room videoconferencing system with an embedded PC I use an appliance videoconferencing system in the conference room to retrieve my presentation via the enterprise LAN I separately start and use a parallel web conference to present during a videoconference I do not use a PC to collaborate or present during a videoconference
