Can some explain the crrent possition regarding S.I.P. and H323 standards. What has been ratified, when is implimentation and what are the differences within the S.I.P. Standards.

I understand from Cisco they are to have combined solution of voice, text and V.C. over their IP Solutions to a Telephone on your desk. How will this effect the V.C. manufacturers.
