Does anybody know how service providers in US and Europe to probvide VC service between US and China on ISDN or IP network?
I heard that China Unicom and China Telecom invest VC equipment and never make VC service into China market. Does anybody know what kind of problem they face. Is it the problem on QoS of network and system integration?

Hello SteveChen

German ISDN-based relay service
between US and China
is around
220 US$ 128 kbps call
360 US$ 256 kbps call
480 US$ 384 kbps call
A German provider calls both the US and China using the very low German ISDN fees.
Prices vary with the Euro currency.

IP to China has major QoS issues actually.

Mail me for the details.
