I am looking for statistics on how many large organizations are using web conferencing. Or any estimates on adoption by large organizations. I have found a Gartner predication of 60% by 2008, but I would like a shorter term view.

This information is regarding Japan web conferencing market. Not global. Sorry.
However,according to SeedPlanning, Tokyo based research firm, there are around 3,640 companies in Japan using web conferencing as of June 2004.

There are 2.5 million registered companies in Japan so only 0,14% of companies in Japan are using web conferencing. Very small number as of now.
