I'm glad to see VTel embrace the new system on the block instead of fight it. I've used their product and they would've lost. I think VTel has hit upon an opportunity and to their credit it looks like they'll give it a run. There is so much more the 900 series can do and knowing PictureTel, it won't happen unless other shops get involved. I have not actually put my hands on a 970 yet but can see that more products that utilize projector technology instead of the "big monitor" on a cart need to be developed. Also, speach recognition coupled with a better remote should be a priority with this product. Hopefully VTel will address these and other innovative uses for this box.
