In addition to what he observed at the fair ground, I visited Korean and Taiwan video and audio endpoint venders such as Wooksung,Miltisuns and Leadtek etc....And also Malyasian vender called, Mlabs that offers software based collaboration solution. They were basically showing their H.324,H.320, H.323 videophone or set-top videoconferencing equipment at their respective stands and Miltisuns was introducing their first audio conferencing endpoint that has a slot for 16-128MB flash card that can record meetings up to 12 hours. The recorded meetings can be listened by using PC. As far as I know, there are more than 12 venders in Korea and 5-10 in Taiwan that manufacture and sell conferencing endpoints. And a couple of bridging service providers in Korea.
