In WRB V3 #17, we share our experiences with the Genesys Meeting Center.

I have found a solution to loading presentations after a meeting has started. After the meeting is started return to the moderator meeting center setup page, goto resources and upload. Then return to the meeting and under view, goto refresh resources.

I've experienced Genesys Meeting Center and I don't understand the bad oppinion of our Wainhouse friend Andy.

As I have to present the aspect of my books to my customers, I had to count on a good tool to make this remotely. First of all I tried Webex, but I was not able to find someone to demostrate or even sell Webex to me in Spain. Then, I found Genesys. I'm struggling yet to learn all the issues of the product, but it is extremely reliable (at least for the moment) and I haven't found the main part of problems Andy says to have experienced :-)

Regards from Spain.

Sorry, I don't agree. I have tried GenMC and I find it is a very easy and friendly tool for webconf. Certainly the best I have used till now.
